Knowledge constructors leverage new digital tools and systems to construct personal meaning, check assumptions, understand different perspectives, and derive meaning and understanding. These students document their knowledge in ways that are meaningful and beneficial, and that promote new ways of thinking and understanding. Knowledge constructors are empowered by evidence from multiple inputs to construct novel arguments and positions on issues based on their own ability to think critically and reason effectively.
